Each employee I encountered was friendly, polite and professional. The waiting area was clean and supplied with a variety of beverages, donuts and popcorn. The TV was kept low enough to allow customers to enjoy watching it and to allow me to do some work while I waited. There are workstations towards the back of the waiting area -- perfect for setting up a laptop. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. A problem was noted while the car was being serviced. Photos were taken and the problem was explained to me in great detail. I returned the following day to have the additional work done. Thankfully the mechanic caught a small problem that could have resulted in a major problem if it had not been addressed. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent customer service. Because I had some questions about the settings, a really polite and patient young man spent time showing me how to access the various settings. Overall it was a very positive experience. More
