I had an appointment for 11am on September 26 and my car was not taken in till 11:50. I’ve never had to wait this long in line. It was a 50 minute wait and people that were getting there after and placed in was not taken in till 11:50. I’ve never had to wait this long in line. It was a 50 minute wait and people that were getting there after and placed in the 2nd line appeared to be going ahead. It didn’t look like making an appointment even mattered. Made me feel like I should take my business elsewhere. More
