Personal care, Anthony is super awesome!! We came to Lokey Nissan to get a new cargo vehicle, salesman was very knowledgeable. Got us the price we wanted with a payment we could afford. Tires, oil change, & washer fluid not coming out. I thought I had a flat because my car was driving rough and it was all over the place. Anthony Nicholas was very helpful going over all the items nee I thought I had a flat because my car was driving rough and it was all over the place. Anthony Nicholas was very helpful going over all the items needed on the car. The pressure was low in all the tires and it was out of alignment - which wore down the inner and outer parts of my two front tires. I decided to get all new tires because I've always had problems with these tires. Anthony was very helpful in giving me my choices. I also had several coupons and he went over with me which one would save me the most money. He went over that it covered 'services' and went over what is considered a 'service' - he also figured out the dollar amount that it would save me. I really appreciated the time and patience he had to go over everything with me. I also had my car cleaned. It was nice having a clean car when I picked it up. The courtesy van driver - Jimski was also very interesting. Everyone in the van enjoyed the conversations with him and the topics had a wide range. I personally enjoyed his stories about traveling. It felt great getting into a nice clean car that drove smoother than it had in years. The entire experience was excellent. More

My safety is their priority I only come to the Lokey Nissan Service Department for my car work and any concerns I have about my car. The recent visit was about steering issues du I only come to the Lokey Nissan Service Department for my car work and any concerns I have about my car. The recent visit was about steering issues during high speeds. They rotated the tires and added air for a smoother ride. They were all Pros during my visit and will continue using Lokey Nissan to take care of my Altima! More

Overcharging smooth talking Was there total 2.5 hrs but charged 4 hrs labor. Thats not possible! Said I was getting a discount but actually they used the points I'd accumulated.
