Had some warranty work done well. Still need scratched glove box replacement. Was told no. Unhappy with this assessment that I should accept a damaged glove box even though damage is small. It's the principle of it. After purchasing a new truck I expect a new condition glove box with it. Otherwise I am happy with my new Titan in every way. Only the glove box issue bothers me. More

I had my brakes replaced and the car was having squeaking issues. When I returned to have then look at it they said they didn't hear squeaking. Well months later and it's still squeaking. Had to return 3 times to get the problem resolved. Vehicle was with the service department for 4 days and required another 2 day to complete after they misdiagnosed the problem. Not happy.
