I brought my car, which was running perfectly, in for inspection & oil change. On the way home it was making a rattling sound. Once parked I could see oil leaking from underneath. The car had to be towed inspection & oil change. On the way home it was making a rattling sound. Once parked I could see oil leaking from underneath. The car had to be towed back so caps could be tightened, oil replaced, and the job could be completed. Also, nobody called to let me know my car was ready. The courtesy van driver, who was to bring me back, called and asked if I had been called because my car had been ready for a couple of hours. Seems to me people need to wake up in there. What do you think? More
