Service advisor was courteous and professional. He went above and beyond. When I picked up my pathfinder I left my fob lay on the counter. I had my spare in my pocket so I didn't realize it till I got hom above and beyond. When I picked up my pathfinder I left my fob lay on the counter. I had my spare in my pocket so I didn't realize it till I got home. I called and told him I left it but couldn't come back till the next day. About a half hour later he called me and said the shuttle driver was headed near my home and couldn't drop it off. I am impressed that he was concerned about me having to drive back to pick up my fob. The driver dropped it off at my home a half hour later. Thank you for going the extra mile to take care of your customers. More
