I had my vehicle towed here through Nissan Roadside Assistance and they said it wasn’t received. They neither communicated with the tow company or would go check the lot for my car. I had to physically Assistance and they said it wasn’t received. They neither communicated with the tow company or would go check the lot for my car. I had to physically walk service to my car in the lot where it was sitting within view of service with my keys inside. After that service was fine as they replaced my battery. More

Excellent service department! Once again my vehicle needs for my Nissan Sentra are taken care of by both my normal Service writer Chuck and a new guy who helped me named Anthony. (Chuck was busy that morning for my Nissan Sentra are taken care of by both my normal Service writer Chuck and a new guy who helped me named Anthony. (Chuck was busy that morning) Car was done as promised and I didn’t pay for something my car did not need at the time. Excellent job guys!! More

I went there for oil change. Someone helped me out very quick. The guy was nice and did not recommend anything unnecessary. The only concern I have is the girl who answered the phone call for service appoi quick. The guy was nice and did not recommend anything unnecessary. The only concern I have is the girl who answered the phone call for service appointment. She sounded like there is no way to do oil change without making appointment. And she was not friendly and customerservice oriented. Other than that, this place is 100 times better than Maus Nissan in Tampa which is absolutely garbage and all of them are rude including service manager. More
