I believe the service department fixed or replaced things that might need attention soon, which is probably good for those with newer models and a lot of discretional income but I am old school . . My first free oil change was over $300 with a battery replaced, one that that was working perfectly but “might leave me stranded somewhere.” My second free oil change was over $900. I still believe those were things that might need updated. I won’t be bringing my Nissan to Lokey any longer. Even though your employees were all A plus. My son bought this car for me sight unseen and it seems to me you wouldn’t be selling a used car that needed so many replacement parts it the first year I had it, also putting so few miles on it due to a hospitalization, rehab and then Covid in the less than one year I have driven it. I originally had an appointment for an oil change at 1pm on a Friday afternoon and when I got there they told me it would be about 3 to 3 1/2 hours as the guys were just getting back from lunch and are play on a Friday afternoon and when I got there they told me it would be about 3 to 3 1/2 hours as the guys were just getting back from lunch and are playing catch up. I left as that is way to long for an oil change came back the following Friday and had the 1st appointment of the day 8am and still waited 2 1/2 hours. Need to get quicker with oil changes. More
