Chuck was very rude and strong off to me very hard to communicate with. He wasn’t even nice to his coworker. I took my car for a diagnostic check what he told me was incorrect and he told me that if he r communicate with. He wasn’t even nice to his coworker. Terrible. Front desk clerk Amberlyn triple charged me & said my card was declined making me feel stupid when she was wrong. Then was nonchalant about correcting the refund in a timely matter.
