I have bought two cars from Lokey because of the sevice that I get from Chuck the service advisor. I have been working with him for over 6 years and the service that I get with him is outstanding. I’ve had two experiences. The first was for the installation of a tow hitch and wiring. The second involved my daughter-in-law. In the first, the tow hitch did not come with the ball. They were certainly more than willing to order one. No thanks I got one at U-Haul for $10. Likely also did not respond to my question about the tow weight capacity. I guess I wasn’t important enough. In the second instance, my daughter-in-law went to look at a used Ford F-150. She waited around for someone to help her and then they didn’t even offer to start the truck until she asked. They were obviously trying to hide the smoke smell inside the truck. Then the price also included over $4000 of fees including almost $1500 for “reconditioning “. This should have been done before the truck was put on the lot. All of the fees were out of line. She bought a Ford F-150 the next day at Ferman Ford just down the road from Lokey. We will be buying another Nissan Rogue within the next 9 months. I will NOT go to Lokey. And, I will not recommend Lokey to anyone I know. They are a factory that doesn’t care about people. More
