The service center is great. I had a problem with the parts department: an incorrect paint touch up pen was ordered by the collision dept. When I attempted to correct this error and get an exchange at the parts department, they were curt, rude, and not helpful. This is the second time the parts department has not met my expectations. I ended up purchasing a tire and had and oil change at another auto service center when they did not accept my “tire price match” request that they “advertise. We’ve purchased 7 NEW cars over the years from Tim Lally Chevy. Great sales staff (Joey), good service dept, good collision center (Kimberly especially) but need to address how the parts Dept communicate with people.
