This is a horrible dealership and I do not recommend them. I brought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in on Friday for an oil change and to get a full look over to make sure everything looks good such as flu them. I brought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in on Friday for an oil change and to get a full look over to make sure everything looks good such as fluids, oils, tires, breaks ect. When I went to pick up my Jeep, I noticed on the bill they used 5w-20 oil which is incorrect. In the Jeep user manual it states my Jeep should use 0w-20. I told the service associate that they used the incorrect oil on my Jeep based on the user manual and he said they don't follow the user manual and they use 5w-20 on all Jeeps. Also, if I wanted 0w-20 I should of told him when I brought my car in. As a Jeep dealer they should be knowledge with Jeeps and should be following everything stated in the Jeep user manual. I shouldn't be telling them what oil should go into my car. Also, during the service they did a 27 multi point inspection. Based on the multi point inspection they said I needed a 4x4 service totaling $500, an engine air filter totaling $70, a cabin filter totaling $70, and a fuel injection service totaling $180. This comes to a total of $820. I currently have 33,471 miles on my Jeep and I got the 4x4 service and filters replaced at 30,924 miles. I keep all my service bills on my car, so I know what was done on it. Also, when I got home I looked at the engine air filter under the hood. The engine air filter was still clean and clearly didn't need to be replaced. This dealer is over charging customers with services that isn't needed. Please avoid this dealership. More

Pleasure, as always Christina was pleasant and best to work with, as usual. She took the time to find me exactly what I needed in record time, I think. This is my third car I'm buying from Christina and definitely would recommend anyone looking for a Jeep vehicle to go see her. Very responsive to emails as well, which is a rarity in today's work environment. Shout out to Ed Delmonte and Anthony Granchelli for getting the car ready really fast. Anthony's son who was working for the summer and helping out was very helpful and is a great kid. Thank you all for great car buying experience. Will be back soon when replacing my wife's car. More

Polite and respectful- A WOMAN’S KIND OF DEALERSHIP Christina Granchelli was professional and respectful start to finish. After numerous emails and visits she helped us to custom order our Jeep Wrangler Christina Granchelli was professional and respectful start to finish. After numerous emails and visits she helped us to custom order our Jeep Wrangler 2019. It was a bit of a wait but well worth it. The dealership was friendly and super clean. They let me drive the car, by myself, numerous times- including around my own neighborhood in Riverside. As i guess anyone will find with this specific kind of car- there weren’t any deals to be made or discounts or freebies. Still it seems worth the price. I wasn’t sure about the seal on the second row window so Christina suggested I contact service nearby. They assured me it wasn’t worth messing with a window seal and should straighten itself out by summer. Hope so! I know if i have anymore questions she can be easily reached and the gentlemen at service couldn’t have been kinder and welcoming. Women need to feel comfortable at car dealers too- this is the place. I visited several Jeep dealerships. This surpassed them in every way. Thanks to general manager Anthony Granchelli too! More
