It was my daughter’s first time taking her car in for an oil change, and I never had a doubt she’d be taken care of. The Quick Lube department got her in and out fast and even washed her car. Even though he works in another building, he still took the time to walk over, say hi, and make sure everything was good. That familiar face made her feel at ease — and it’s just who he is. I know that if she ever needed anything, Mr. Wolf would make sure it got handled. That kind of consistency and genuine care is rare these days.
