Excellent Customer Service Sales Well I first read all the reviews on many different review sites because I was surprised at the negative reviews. Let me say I am a buyer not a shoppe Well I first read all the reviews on many different review sites because I was surprised at the negative reviews. Let me say I am a buyer not a shopper. I do my homework before I buy anything. I researched several cars comparing them to the Optima. Once I decided on the Optima I contacted and received pricing from 6 different dealerships. My goal in buying a car is to get the best pricing via, phone calls, texts and emails. Until I get the pricing I'm looking for I don't visit the dealership. Southwest Kia was the dealership I found the best pricing by a large margin. I made an appointment and the process began. Sierra was my sales person and all I can say is she was extremely helpful and went well beyond the normal customer service I expect. I was looking at a silver car and then the sangria caught my eye. Unfortunately they did not have one at their location. No problem, she made a call and one from their Dallas location was brought over. She had them park it next to the silver car. The decision was made. I'm not sure why the negative reviews but it might possibly be because the people were unprepared to buy the car. All I can say is that the customer service from the time I got to the dealership, to when I drove off with my new sangria Optima was excellent. I would highly recommend this dealership. I do have a recommendation for any car buyer. Start with a not to exceed price and stick to it. Make sure you know what model you want and why. Narrow your color down to 1 or 2. Most importantly prepare to take all the time you need so that you don't rush your purchase and settle for a car instead of getting what you want with the price you need. If you do this you will have a great experience like I did at Southwest Kia Mesquite. Highly recommend this dealership! More

Worst experience ever Not happy it was a long process which should've never took days to be approved I've never had this happen at other dealerships I've been approved the Not happy it was a long process which should've never took days to be approved I've never had this happen at other dealerships I've been approved the same day and drove off with the car. Also when o did get the car it had no GAS I had to rush to the has station normally when I've purchased a car from a dealer they fill the tank up I also traded my car in and there was a little more than half a tank of gas sp that made me upset. I haven't had the car for 1 week yet and sounds like the wheel bearings went out I've never had this problem before I will be at the dealership as soon as they open to get this issue fixed or they can give me my trade and down payment back I'm highley upset and not happy with this purchase. The salesman I dealt with Antonio and Zane they were great thats the only thing I'm happy about it's the car the time spent that's upsetting. Also I spoke with a woman finance manager who got me approved she told me the car had 31,000 miles on it when it actually has 51,000 miles I will report this inaccurate information to the bank a d dealership I was never showed a carfax which I should've asked for but had forgotten was at the dealership for almost 6 hours. Finance added on things that I don't need n said it comes with the car automatically which I just found out is a lie there all add ons this is a shady dealership and hopefully I can get my money and trade in back I will be contacting the bank about this and also the dealership manager More
