The service department representative was very friendly, but I cannot say the mechanics have good knowledge. They were not able to find any issue that I complained about. Additionally, I received my car bac but I cannot say the mechanics have good knowledge. They were not able to find any issue that I complained about. Additionally, I received my car back in a condition that showed no respect for the customer. There were also safety issues; when I took the car, I heard some noise and discovered that my hood was not locked. This happened while I was on the highway, and I was lucky the hood didn't open at high speed and smash my windshield. After the service, I found oil and dirt all over my car, inside and out. Finally, I didn't receive an multi inspection report. More
