CR-V Purchase in Night Snow Storm Arash was fabulous. He knew where to take us for the test drive to test out the CR-V's handling in the snow. He was energetic and knowledgeable and I Arash was fabulous. He knew where to take us for the test drive to test out the CR-V's handling in the snow. He was energetic and knowledgeable and I felt he was confident in the product he was selling, which helped me trust the product, too. The only concern my husband and I had was we misunderstood Arash's statement of "All certified Honda's have 4-year warranties," because it conflicted with what the finance rep told us, as the finance rep persuaded us to purchase a $1,400 warranty, stating the car's basic warranty had expired. Very confusing and the additional warranty pushed my payment up $50/month. I'd advise the salesperson and the finance rep get on the same page regarding the existing warranty on a given vehicle. More
