Purchased a new vehicle from the dealership. Arash was my salesperson and I liked the overall experience. After going back and forth a bit, we eventually settled on agreeable numbers. Other than the frequent “let me check with my manager” breaks, everything else went smooth. Arash frequently checked on me while I waited in the lobby to meet the billing person. We visited Honda of Lisle to shop for CR-V Hybrid last month. We were ready to move to another dealership after our first visit. Thanks to Mike Klen for his fantastic customer service and follow through. He led me to change my mind and give Honda of Lisle another try. We met with a different Sales. Arash Fahandezh is wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable about CR-V Hybrid. He is also very patience working with us on finance options. We walked out with smile on a new CR-V Hybrid purchase. I will buy my next car from Arash again. More

I don’t like the sales pressure tactics when buying a new car. We did not have a good car buying experience. I love this place. I drove three hours to make this purchase and I'm glad I did. Arash was awesome to work with.
