The rear car seats were detached from the rail. The mat we use for the floor was damaged by your employee’s. Someone left pliers between the sliding door and it has some dents. The tire key lock is missing from its box so your employees used it instead of using their own so now you need to provide me with one for my car. Your employees had AC on blast like they pay for the vehicle fuel. Vehicle was left in a tight area where it was hard to avoid colliding with other vehicles. More

The dealership sent us an email and did not stick to their word. Also gave us less than the car was actually worth on Kelly blue book.
