Active listening without pressure. He is also uber on top of the competition and will give respect to other brands where deserved. Again, if your in the market for a new car or lease, run don’t walk and actually relish in being treated like a human instead of a bank account while walking away with a fabulous car. More

Amazing service from Armando at Toyota of Hackensack! Armando did such an amazing job that I walked out with my new car on the same day when I was certain I was not ready to buy. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and took the time to show me each style and explain to me the differences between each. He made sure I understood everything and had me test drive one to showed me all the new features Toyota has added recently. He was not pushy and had no issue with me not wanting to buy right away. But after two hours of talking and analyzing he presented me with my dream car. I am so happy to have had Armando help me with my purchase. I left feeling like the right decision had been made and was grateful to have had such a wonderful experience buying my new car. More

He knew that the price was most important due to our budget and presented with every option to make sure we were making the right decisions. Even after making the deal, there were many follow up steps I asked from Armando and he was continuously able to to deliver without any wait. I cannot imagine many dealerships that would be able to immediately connect me to the dealer for questions and forms (4 times in 1 day). This was the only reason my family and I were able to get our car delivered so quickly! We will always remember Toyota of Hackensack's kindness, knowledge of the process, and avaialability.
