Let me begin with apologizing for things that may be out of our control. As you can see, we make every effort to earn endless praises and 5 Star reviews. We understand the importance of retaining someones business now and in the future, overcharging for services today is resulting in possibly not seeing you in the future. Regrefully the cost of many items especially parts for older vehicles is becoming a financial burden for all.
