I filed a complaint with Tucson Subaru and Subaru about the terms of my extended warranty coverage for my car's battery. I was essentially "forced" into buying a new battery. Salesman, Jack, was excellent, conscientious with follow-up calls. Darla who trained me on the technologies was patient and so helpful describing the features of the car.
