Really smooth process. We did a custom order, and while it did take a while to get in, that was more our fault than anyone else's. Art kept us well informed while we were w We did a custom order, and while it did take a while to get in, that was more our fault than anyone else's. Art kept us well informed while we were waiting, and though he was unfortunately unable to finish the process with us, everything was handed off to other personnel and things finished as smoothly as they started.
