I recently went to their dealership to have my S550 serviced and to purchase a SUV. I was told by the salesman that MBOTW prices their used cars so low that they only have a maximum of a $1k profit built in to the asking price. This is absurd! I purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon Denali.The used SUV I regretfully purchased had to have a new transmission a week later, and it took the dealership over a month to provide me with the 2nd key and a disk for the NAV to work. It's been in the shop 3 times in the first month at the GMC dealership, and still has issues. For financing, I asked to meet with the F&I Manager (Finance & Insurance) before completing an application. I explained to her that I had excellent credit and that I only wanted the ap submitted to one bank, and no others. Having promised she would do so, I find out hours later that they had submitted my application to approximately five banks; most of which marked the inquiry not as an auto loan, but as personal loan; consumer loan, and etc. The various types of inquiries caused my FICO score to go down over 15 points for 3 years! I've reached out to the Owner/G.M. over three times and despite assurances given me, he has not called me for going on three-(3) months. Intending to file suit. This is the most unprofessional Mercedes dealership I have ever dealt with, in over 20 years of owning Mercedes Benz and other cars. I would recommend you go to another dealership that is befitting of the Mercedes Benz brand. My experience was akin to one at a corner used car lot. More

Fantastic experience buying a new car We arrived mid afternoon on a Saturday and spent over 3 hours discussing options with the sales guy. Alex arranged 2 test drives and answered all of m We arrived mid afternoon on a Saturday and spent over 3 hours discussing options with the sales guy. Alex arranged 2 test drives and answered all of my questions and concerns. We feel no pressure at all through out and enjoyed the facilities on offer. I was torn between the two vehicles that I had driven so we decided to leave to consider things. I spoke with Alex the following Monday and we arranged for me to visit to make my decision and close the deal. I returned that afternoon and we finalized the figures. Arturo in finance was great. We figured the best overall package for me quickly and signed the paperwork. We even got the treatments done inside and outside the vehicle that were required for the coverage that I selected. Overall a great experience. The facilities at the dealership are great and you feel genuinely at home there. I have to admit that I never thought I'd leave my previous premium German marque, but I have. That is in no small way down to the welcoming service that I received from Alex at Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands. More
