And during finance, Atruo, was detailed and explained what my payment would be and the different warranty options available but I originally only wanted the GAP insurance. When I met with Paula, I decided to take the extended warranty & tire warranty as well. Jodi explained the new car features but I had to leave before I was able to get all my questions answered. When I returned, I met with Matt. He was very detailed and knowledgeable on all aspects of the GLK 350 as well as the navigation system I had install. He gave us a lot of information and answered all of our questions. We visited the dealership and Kriss showed us several vehicles. He is really awesome to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. We ended up choosing a beautiful ML 350. Arturo helped us with the financing portion and did a great job. It was well past closing for the dealership by the time we finished and they brought the car out. But, they all stayed to the end. Andrew walked us through every detail of the vehicle. He was so patient and I never felt rushed. I really appreciate his help. It didn't end with the sale. Kriss has called to check on us several times since then. They really do treat you right!
