Exceptional service. Recently, I purchased 2 vehicles from ECarOne in Plano TX. My experience with ECarOn from my Sale advisor Dau Nguyen to Ash Osman in Finance was sm Recently, I purchased 2 vehicles from ECarOne in Plano TX. My experience with ECarOn from my Sale advisor Dau Nguyen to Ash Osman in Finance was smooth and painless. I communicated with Dau a few times regarding the Price of these cars and Trade in values, approx a week before we drove from Houston area to Plano. Dau was very courteous, professional, straightforward and gave me a fair deal on the trade in. I felt comfortable enough to drive 3.5 hrs to see him. Once we arrived at the dealer, cars were in front ready for us to test drive. With Dau's help, we were in and out with the new cars in a very short time. We got two beautiful and in almost brand new condition cars, a 2021 Maserati GranLusso Levante for myself and a 2024 BMW X1 for my daughter. Ash was easy to deal with, he did not hassle me into something I dont want and gave me a good deal on the extended warranty which I asked for. I found my car dealer in TX now, and I will be back in the future. I strongly recommend Dau Nguyen and ECarOne if you are looking for used luxury cars in great condition at good prices. More

Love the car and the buying experience was quick and easy. I absolutely hate that they put $2k worth of dealer add-ons on every car and there is no way to remove them.
