You are absolutely right—there was an unacceptable delay in processing your trade-in payoff, and we regret any stress this caused. This situation was made worse by our failure to send the full payoff amount, and I completely understand how frustrating this must have been. We had internal staffing challenges at the time, which unfortunately affected our ability to respond as quickly and effectively as we should have. However, this is no excuse, and we take full responsibility for the inconvenience you experienced. Please know that we have addressed these staffing issues internally to prevent this from happening again. While we can’t undo the frustration caused, we sincerely apologize for not providing the level of service you deserved.
