There were a couple of issues (not the fault of the dealership) that needed to be resolved, and the eCarOne team took care of it. Not only was the experience a good one, the car was in pristine condition. I will definitely consider the dealership if I am in the market for a higher-end pre-owned vehicle. More

The auto transport and ecare manager who told the driver on his speaker phone we were being difficult after the driver asked us to drive 30 mins to meet him at a location that was no longer our home and wouldn't acknowledge scratches on the vehicle which we were advised to have him do before signing for delivery - they were both 0 stars. It got ridiculous and he attempted to drive away in what he called his vehicle. I realize the manager wanted him back on schedule as he had other folks calling asking where their vehicles were while he had a meltdown on us. However, we paid for this service, did as we were told before signing and then that ridiculousness happened. Use your own transport would be my advice-the company they used was highly unprofessional and put a bad ending in an otherwise fantastic experience. More

I purchased my third card from this company. I made the mistake to go to Carvana and it was an absolute disaster, after that experience I decided to go back to eCarOne Plano. They did an amazing job again, they got me a better interest rate that my own bank, they delivered an immaculate clean car, the process took almost no time. Unfortunately the car only had one key and I mentioned that to the salesman, he gave me a number to call to see if they could make a copy but unfortunately only the dealer can make keys at $659, so I went to pick some documents and salesman asked if I had any luck with key, explained that they could no do anything and had to go to the dealer a pay $659. Today, after 5 weeks, I received an envelope from eCar with an extra key. Never asked, never expected it, that is what good business is. Thank you so much! More
