After the first test drive, I said I wanted to go home and research, and Jeff actually encouraged this and told us sites to make sure we read competitors' information too! When I came back the next day, he asked if I researched and what other questions he could answer. Jeff S. (and staff) truly sealed the deal for us by treating us with respect, patience, and honesty. I am new to the area and on at least three occasions, they have helped me out and been just wonderful. One time was for a much needed flat tire and the service department got me in 20 minutes before the they have helped me out and been just wonderful. One time was for a much needed flat tire and the service department got me in 20 minutes before they closed and put on a new tire and on the management side, I had a lease turn in which I was dreading, and they could not have been more helpful - Asher even arranged for a driver to take me home. I was so impressed with Asher and the dealership. I have suggested to my other friends/family who own Mercedes to come to this dealership for both sales and service. More
