My goal is to make sure every visit is seamless — from booking your appointment to driving away with confidence. I specialize in coordinating service schedules, keeping customers informed, and improving touchpoints across the dealership to ensure every interaction feels smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I believe customer care goes beyond the service bay — it’s about listening, anticipating needs, and building lasting trust. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three dogs, as well as crafting and photography.
