Excellent service. I was shopping online looking at different Lexus/Toyota SUV and found half of the SUV’s I was looking at were at Northside Lexus. I found one that really appealed to me, so I went to different Lexus/Toyota SUV and found half of the SUV’s I was looking at were at Northside Lexus. I found one that really appealed to me, so I went to their website and started playing with the website features. Comparing cars, prices, interest rates, term of service, and buying options. The website made it easy to set everything up and schedule a test drive. I told them I wouldn’t make it until the following evening and they said no problem. They pulled the car from inventory and the dealer took the keys to hold it for me, no deposit required. So the next day I got there, and the place was huge. They must’ve had 500 cars to choose from. We went inside the main entrance, and were greeted by two very pleasant young adults working the front counter. They immediately offered us beverages and snacks asked if we need anything and who were looking for. I told him who I was there to see, and I called him on the phone with him no I was there. He was with another client at the moment and they just told me to make myself comfortable and look around if I like. So we spent the next 20 minutes looking at all the new cars on the showroom floor weighing our options between buying a new car or preowned or preowned certified. They have such a nice selections it’s really hard to choose. I highly recommend trying their online services and buying a car from Northside Lexus. I’ve always hated going to the dealership and buying cars, because it was such a long drawn out process. But northside made me feel comfortable the entire time I was there. The best part was they let us go take the car for a test drive. Normally when I go to test drive a car, the dealers in the car with me telling me where to go turn here turn here turn here and then we’re back at the dealership. Northside wasn’t like that, they knew I was serious about buying this vehicle and they wanted me to make sure that this was the right vehicle. They allowed me to take the vehicle and just go. So I took my family and we drove around for about 30 minutes play with all the bells and whistle‘s buttons for about 20 minutes in the parking lot. We fell in love with that car while we were on the test drive. We came back and made a deal they gave me fair money for my trade-in and they even knock some money off the price of the vehicle. They were able to get me financed through Lexus financing. I’ve owned many cars in my life, and I’ve been to many dealerships, buying a new car from a dealership can be irritating and exhausting. However it didn’t feel this way at Northside. They didn’t corral me into a corner and make me sit in an office for three hours while they chase down paperwork and did whatever they do. I was able to roam free look at the cars, get drinks use the restroom and talk with my family about the vehicles. Northside really made me feel welcome, they made me feel like they were actually trying to help me get in a vehicle that I wanted and not just a number for their sales staff to chalk up to a cell. no matter what your financial situation is I highly recommend going to Northside looking at their new, preowned and certified preowned cars. I think they have something for everyone out there. I’m sure they would be able to help you get a proper vehicle. More
