Best car buying experience ever! This was my first Lexus purchase, and to be honest I was a little intimidated walking in. The building is beautiful and staff was waiting for us as soon as we stepped inside. Immediately my intimidation was put at ease, as the staff kindly asked us what they could help with and directed us to Ashley. Ashley was amazing! She was not what I have experience dealing with car sales people in the past. She was not pushy, she listened to my wants and needs and directed me to cars that checked all of my boxes. In no time, I found exactly what I wanted! My husband asked about promotions that were being offered at the time and we were offered 2K off our new car purchase! Just another amazing perk! We were walked to financing, which the process went equally as smooth. We had previously asked that the car windows be tinted and expected to wait after financing, however as soon as we walked out Ashley had already taken care of that as well! The tint job was done! We were then directed to Victoria, she helped me with downloading my Lexus app. She walked me through all of the detail of the app and through the entire car. I can't say enough great things about Lexus and my Lexus experience. I was always told by other Lexus owners how wonderful Lexus is but now I am a part of the family and here to stay! Thank you to everyone that helped us... P.S. I LOVE MY CAR!!! More
