I had a very bad vibe from Westside and did not feel like they cared about me. It felt like they just wanted to make some money off me. I guess they don't realize that customer experience means a lot. My exp they cared about me. It felt like they just wanted to make some money off me. I guess they don't realize that customer experience means a lot. My experience at Northside was extremely pleasant because I felt like they wanted to EARN my business. Earning business can come in different forms and is different for each person. Westside did nothing to make me feel like I could trust them, where Northside did. When I told my sales rep for Westside we decided to accept a car from Northside and how well we were taken care of....."Wow" was the only thing he texted back. As a customer, I took that as great sign that that I did not do business with them. More
