Very pleased with the service dept ! They took pride in there repairs and fixed correctly the first time ! Would highly recommend bringing your car there for service ! Tried over charging me for the labor costs. Told me my car was over warranty by 4,000 miles even though I have been trying to have the issue fixed since November- they closed early the day of my appointme car was over warranty by 4,000 miles even though I have been trying to have the issue fixed since November- they closed early the day of my appointment and never notified and with my busy work schedule I was only able to reschedule now. Awful customer service. They were supposed to buff out all of the scratches before I picked up my car that I bought from then and left so many marks. The salesman told me It would only take a day or two t all of the scratches before I picked up my car that I bought from then and left so many marks. The salesman told me It would only take a day or two to fix. It took over a week. Told me they had a spare key but then never gave It to me. Failed to notify me of a recall when I have a brand new baby. Made me come back several times and change car seats. Door randomly wouldn’t open one time and the manager tried to blame me and said I maybe hit something. Sometimes you can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone. Totally regret buying my car from them More

My sales guy Dave was very nice snd knew his cars. Bad experience when speaking to finance guy - gave me miscommunication about taking extra coverage, felt lied to snd couldn’t justify his answer to me ha experience when speaking to finance guy - gave me miscommunication about taking extra coverage, felt lied to snd couldn’t justify his answer to me had to speak to general manager to get resolved went in circles still wasn’t clear . I was told when I called and spoke to finance guy I would get a call back and didn’t I had to call 3xs. Very sad as I have owned Kias for more than 20 years and if could I would definitely not buy a Kia next time. More

Sales wasn’t very attentive. Very poorly executed. No manual in the car.. no mats in the car. When asked sales - he was very short. Like I was bothering him. Was charged for things in the dealership manual in the car.. no mats in the car. When asked sales - he was very short. Like I was bothering him.
