He put me at ease immediately when he first greeted me. Never did I feel that Ashton Miller thought the questions ( and I had many!) I asked were 'dumb' and that meant so much to me. He encouraged me to call him any time I had a question about my new Hyundai Kona and I did! He again was patient and supportive as I learned about all the new 'bells and whistles' technogy on my new car. Furthermore, he was quick to return my call when I missed him once. Wonderful, no-pressure salesman. And I appreciated that also. More
