I have to say my experience with the purchase of my new Audi Q5 was extraordinary and definitely beyond my expectations. At first, I was just going to take a look and did not prepare for anything to buy that day but ended up driving my new Q5 home that day, which included all efforts the dealership and my sales rep made at the time! All happed in a few hours that day, including trade-in my old vehicle, which definitely saved me from going through a typical tedious process of buying a new one and selling my old one. My sales representative, Atanas, did not waste my time, at all. He is very experienced. His detailed, expert’s, and precise knowledge really helped me in searching for what I needed. His patience and focus on what I needed (including pricing) definitely gained my trust in the process. His recommendation is also worth to consider. I felt comfortable in making my own choices. This was my best car purchase experience ever.
