Easy to get information without any pressure. We were able to review our purchasing options at our own pace. Will not buy another vehicle from this place. Upon buying the brand new Ascent which was a month after buying a brand new crosstrek, I asked for a simple discount of some sort to just have the price of payme the brand new Ascent which was a month after buying a brand new crosstrek, I asked for a simple discount of some sort to just have the price of payment under $500.00 all they did was extend the payments for another year. Second reason we got the Simonize treatment done to the ascent which got all over the rims of the vehicle and created a mess which took quite a bit of elbow grease to remove. Third we got charged for out last which was suppose to be free oil change but since we were 89 miles over the 24,000 mile mark we charged for it . I get that it was past the agreement but 89 miles over really. Finally my uncle was in for a service and spoke about the experiences that I had and got the service department to call me about them, the conversation on phone seemed like he really didn't care and I'm still waiting on a return phone call since the 15th of June and it's now the 20th. I had better service and treatment Woodham's Ford which I plan on going back to them from now on. More

This 2021 Forester is my 2nd Subaru. Prior to this purchase I had a 2018 Forester that I had purchased from a Subaru dealer in Ann Arbor Michigan. The difference between the two dealers was day and n purchase I had a 2018 Forester that I had purchased from a Subaru dealer in Ann Arbor Michigan. The difference between the two dealers was day and night. The Ann Arbor dealer kept "Pushing" a Turbo version of the Forester that I did not want. This Dealer's Sales Rep - Austin Gressett - spent lots of time and effort searching and arranging a "Dealer Swap" to insure that I had the "exact" version of the Forester that I wanted. Austin also arranged to have a 2x2 trailer hitch installed before I picked the car up from the dealer show room. The 2x2 trailer hitch matched my bicycle carrier without messing around with adapters. Job well done. More

We have had some unpleasant experiences in the past with other dealerships. So we were skeptical going in. We have never owned a Subaru before but did research to make our decision beforehand.We were pleasa other dealerships. So we were skeptical going in. We have never owned a Subaru before but did research to make our decision beforehand.We were pleasantly surprised and amazed at how professional and smoothly everything went from test drive to signing process.We were there at crunch time as well at month end.Definetly recommend this dealership to others. We love our Subaru Outback! More
