Since the car just arrived on the lot, he took pictures and sent them to me. This is my first taste of luxury, and this dealership knows how to treat its clients. Austin made the deal go very smooth and negotiated really well with my trade in. Their price matches well around the various states which made my purchase so much easier. Rob took 2hrs of his time away from the dealership floor to bring the car to me (45 min) where I work for a test drive. The car was detailed and absolutely nothing wrong with how it looked. From the credit application to signing the paperwork, the process took 2 hours. I recommend Rob Edmonds for your next purchase, he listens to want we want in a car and ensures we are content with our purchase. Also, the chocolate bar was an added bonus. We left the dealership several hours later and Mike was going to try to locate us one with a different interior. When we went back Friday morning, he had located one with the options and interior we preferred. We accepted delivery of the new GLE350 this morning & once again, Mike spent a large amount of time going over the vehicle & setting up our electronic system. We were very surprised that Mike had gone out of the way to find us the vehicle we wanted even though we would have accepted the instock model. This is the second Benz we have bought from this dealer. More

First class from start to finish! This was my first experience with Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown and it far exceeded my expectations. I knew I'd be buying a Mercedes but I wasn't savvy This was my first experience with Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown and it far exceeded my expectations. I knew I'd be buying a Mercedes but I wasn't savvy about the brand and I wasn't yet committed to a specific model so I wasn't sure what to expect when I visited the dealership on a rainy Saturday afternoon very close to closing time. Shortly after arriving I was greeted by Barry London. We took a test drive in one of the cars I had been looking at during which Barry answered many more questions than I would have been able to even think of. Barry took his time with me and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Barry stayed in contact with me and I was back at the dealership a few days later after gaining clarity on exactly what I wanted. Barry was able to put me in the perfect car for me and has continued to answer any questions I have had since my purchase. He has stayed in contact with me since and I have received no less than first class service since I first stepped on the Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown dealer lot. More
