We came in on Saturday just to look at a new 2017 GLC - we found a newly used 2017 on the lot; took it for a test drive; worked with Shannon and Austin on numbers and picked it up later that afternoon. This was our first time working with Shannon. She was very knowledgeable of the available cars and knew the options and how to operate them. This was a very low key and comfortable process. As far as service, we have worked with Alex Folz and Marty Gillions for the past 13 years and always request Harry Davis for our service tech. Never disappointed and feel that we have been dealt with fairly and they get things right the first time. Like the sales group, these guys are customer focused and go the extra mile to make sure that you are satisfied and never recommend service not needed. e live in Frederick, MD, and work in Gaithersburg. While it is easier to drop our cars for service in Germantown, we are not comfortable doing so and drive the extra miles to have it serviced in Hagerstown. Keep up the great work and customer focus. You are the best! More
