I have purchased a 2004 E320 wagon from dealership about 6 hours away from MD. I was impressed to start with until the car lot, used car deal started kicking in. I left a deposit day one of talking to the service manager, a week later car still not detailed? I spoke to manager the first phone call and explained to him I didn't want to deal with a sales guy. I then was handed off to Brian Connoley, on several occasion he sent me photos and thought he was going to carry the torch. After about two weeks into the deal still no car complete ready to ship or pick up? I spoke to him on what was the hold up and what was taken so long? he explained they were busy? two weeks to get a car ready with only 9000 miles? They finally he says he was shipping paper work over night! Again no paper work? I called him around 4 he said Austin "manager" was off he needed to call him at 5ish I called because he never called me back, then he got a attitude and stated "you haven't bought the car yet, you have a few more steps and he could sell the car for $3000 more than I was paying! I WILL HAVE AUSTIN CALL YOU" CLICK the phone hangs up? What a surprise from a Mercedes dealer? After a lot of the typical car lot car dealer BS. We finally get things done to where they can drive car to me the weekend before thanksgiving because we were going to drive it out of town! There drivers wrecked it on the way here. I then call the dealer to find that Austin was tied up with someone else, then was but through to another manager he asked "do you want the car or not" do what I asked? I sent you a check over a week ago the car was paid for and is mine sir but I didn't want it wrecked? I think I forgot to mention this was supposed to be a garage kept car stated by Austin and Brian. The seal around the headlights were rotted off and the tires were dry rotted. I then after so many thing were messed up on this deal, I contacted the head guy Brandon Younger. I explained to him the issues and he sounded like he was concerned about my experience? He stated he would gather information and get back to me shortly, after a day and a half I sent he a follow up e-mail and asked what he thought? then he replied he would goodwill one tire, seem to just blow me off on other issue? I then realized he was just blowing me off trying to get rid of me, he had his money so he was going to do as little as possible! Would you be mad? Remember a few things! I was told on numerous occasions things that never happened and the car was not what they described over the phone and then didn't do much to fix issues. Be careful before you buy because the head guy is like the rest of his crew! The quote I think goes like this "FISH STINK FROM HEAD DOWN" I was as nice and calm through this transaction and it did no good! The good-- I ended up after few repairs and a new set of Michelins a awesome Mercedes wagon! that my wife loves! THE BAD- dealer failed on the job! I could go on with the details but it was a raw deal and was not handled properly! Then when Mr. younger had the torch in his hand he dropped it as well. More

Just a great dealership! Andre Taylor took the time and patience with our purchase since we were for several weeks undecided on which model to purchase. Once the decision was made Andre went out of his wa patience with our purchase since we were for several weeks undecided on which model to purchase. Once the decision was made Andre went out of his way to be sure we were satisfied with our purchase and spent over three hours ensuring we were infomed with the workings of the vehicle. As always with any new purchase one will have many questions. Andre took his time with us and showed great patience in answering every question sometimes even more than once. Adam was great in providing and understanding of some of the technology and suggested I call if I had further questions. Austin was very thorough in the handling of the finances and the change in vehicle registration and all that goes with this. He was extemely organized. Not only was I pleased with our purchased but left knowing the dealership was there for me when I need them. I would highly recommend the dealership and Andre Taylor and others on the staff! More

Although the vehicles are exceptional, the service we have received from the staff has been nothing short of 'top notch'. Barry, Alex and Austin are friendly and knowledgeable about the products/services they provide. The have gone out of their way to ensure questions were answered and are role models for 'customer service'. If you are interested in purchasing a Mercedes Benz, then I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Came in to service my 2012 E350 Sedan. I was almost done waiting when I walked into the show room and saw the beautiful 2014 E350 Sport. While I liked my 2012 I wasn't really in love with it as I had previo waiting when I walked into the show room and saw the beautiful 2014 E350 Sport. While I liked my 2012 I wasn't really in love with it as I had previously always owned Sports model cars and I missed that tight suspension of the Sport model. Two weeks prior to this day I had gone into the Audi dealership at Tysons and thought that maybe I'll trade my car in for a 2014 S4 the cost was about $61,000. I told the dealer that the only way I buy a car is with no money in 100% financed. Right out of the gate the sales person said, oh you need money in the deal. I said to them not to waste my time. Anyway long story short they approved me for a deal with $16K down. I laughed, no deal. They said the reason was just too much negative equity. This by the way was the third time I had tried to buy and Audi and each time the experience was no deal, no car. Don't worry this is not an Audi story. So here it comes....as I am standing in the showroom looking at the beautiful car the person that I normally deal with was on the phone with a customer when the sales manager Rob Buchanan came up to me and asked if he could help me. I kind of laughed and said, well I like this car but I doubt you can do anything for me since I had just learned that I have too much negative equity. I jokingly told the Rob the deal I would consider, no money down, my payment to stay the same and my husband to not be needed on the title. He said let me try and he ran the numbers, he then gave me a figure that worked, slightly below the number I had given him, but still had to look at the credit. Again I said this is nice but I have absolutely no faith that he could pull it off once he pulled my credit. I have great credit but a lot off it so my score is generally a little under 700. I filled out the app and five minutes later he stuck his head out of the office and now he gave me the exact payment number I had given him and said "it's done, you are approved".....I could not believe it...I literally started shaking a bit, I was so excited. I then looked at the deal they worked up and quite frankly could not have asked for anything better. The dealership is highly motivated to make deals and the entire team is excellent. My salesperson is Wes Whetstone and he too was excellent in this process. This by the way is my second car from this dealership and I am sure it won't be my last. More

We made contact through E-mail after doing internet research for a Mercedes GLK350 4 Matic SUV. I was fortunate to connect with Andre Taylor after a phone call. As soon as Andre began to explain the car he had in stock and tell me the price they would pay for our trade in, I knew he was offering the best deal within a 500 mile radius from our home. I even had a local dealer from our home state tell me that Hagerstowm was practically giving the car away. Everything that Andre said that he would do he did it. Andre was very professional and knowledgable about the car, and it was a pleasure to deal with him. The day before we drove from WV to Maryland to purchase the car, Austin Shemon called and coordinated the financial aspects of the sell. He too was exceptional in his professionalism and knowledge. The day of the purchase, Andre explained the car's details thoroughly. We were very impressed with all the advanced features of the vehicle. Finally, Rob explained all the paper work in simple, understandable terms. He was also friendly, courteous, and professional. My husband and I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown for an uncomplicated and enjoyable experience if you're ready to buy a quality, luxury car. More
