My husband took my car in for service for a thermostat replacement .While there he took a look at the new C class vehicles & was approached by Mr. London to answer any questions he may have. We are curren replacement .While there he took a look at the new C class vehicles & was approached by Mr. London to answer any questions he may have. We are currently leasing a Mercedes that will expire in 6 months . Mr London was great to work with & took care of everything with ease. They didnt have the exact car I wanted but they had it there within 24 hrs. My first car came from another Mercedes dealership in another state. We will definitely be returning to Hagerstown Mercedes because they provided excellent service & made this purchase so easy !
