Competent, Friendly, and Efficient Service This dealer and its experienced and friendly salesperson, Barry London, provided me with a wonderful car-buying experience. Barry was very proactive This dealer and its experienced and friendly salesperson, Barry London, provided me with a wonderful car-buying experience. Barry was very proactive in identifying third-party incentives for my purchase. There was no pressure to purchase extra packages or unwanted features. Barry worked diligently to find the car with the exact features I wanted. Barry gave detailed explanation of the technological features of the car and provided "hands on" instruction. We found the staff at the dealership to be very accommodating, including the finance officer and service manager. We highly recommend the dealership and Barry to others and we would purchase from them again. More

My search bega Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown has been "The Best" dealership I have ever purchased from, and I have owned many vehicles from many brands. My search began when I found interest in the GLA 350 which had not come out yet. I called MBOH to have a quick inquiry and Barry London answered the phone. He answered all my questions and was super nice, he offered to meet me to discuss my needs when a time was convenient for me, even if it was after his work hours. When I arrived at MBOH he was at the front door to great me with a smile (very important in sales) and all was pleasant from there. He listened to my needs as I needed space for family matters as well a luxury and was very informative to let me know the GLA 350 was quite small but never pushed me to feel like if that was what I wanted you should not buy. Not long after this meeting a used GLK in a blue color that I love came available and I emailed Barry at 10:00 PM at night expecting an answer the next morning. Not the case, he answered within 15 minutes and we were able to make the purchase the next day. Every one at MBOH was super nice and quality minded about customer service as well as the great product they carry. Great job, I look forward to being just as impressed with the service department when needed. Thanks MBOH! V Youngblood More

Barry was great to work with, he was knowledgeable and very helpful. When we were looking at the vehicle we never once felt pressured to buy or make decisions right away. He was patient and explained everything in detail and was easy to talk to. He made us feel like we had known him for a long time and not that we had just met him. We would strongly recommend Barry and the entire staff at Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown to our friends and family. Thank you very much! More

Once we made the decision to buy a Mercedes, we then had to chose a dealer. Everything we read on line about the Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown dealership was correct. They were friendly, they knew their cars, and they worked out a great deal for us that didn't take all day to negotiate. I called a few dealerships to get a feel for personalities of the sales reps at the various dealerships, and Wes was the best by far. We are sold on Mercedes, and we are sold on Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown. And as long as Wes works there, we won't need to talk to another salesperson. We are completely happy! More

He did advanced preparation for our visit by electronically forwarding us photos and information about the car that we ultimately bought. In turn, we sent Barry info about our trade-in car which he was very responsive in acknowledging in addition to answering any questions or concerns we had. When we arrived, we had his complete attention and it was apparent that he was organized and ready. The price negotiation went very smoothly as did all of the paperwork. We primarily dealt with Austin Shemon who was very thorough in explaining each paper we had to sign, particularly those items dealing with inter-state transfer arrangements. To sum up, Barry London made our buying experience enjoyable. We highly recommend him and the dealership. More

This is solely because of the professional and thorough service my husband and I received from the staff at Hagerstown Maryland. Initially it was simply a" look and see" visit on my part, but I was able to drive and "shop" at my leisure. Mike Lavrenchik patiently guided me through the options and operations which were unlike many I was previously familiar with and I was able to choose my ideal car. Additionally, due to travel and residential construction issues, the dealership also allowed the time we needed before we took final ownership of the vehicle. We were accommodated on every level of this experience and enthusiastically recommend Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown. More
