I purchased a 2006 Toyota Tundra 4WD from this dealership on March 7, 2012. I located the vehicle on Auto Trader and contacted Wes Whetstone over the internet. Since I'm from Florida,the idea of traveling to on March 7, 2012. I located the vehicle on Auto Trader and contacted Wes Whetstone over the internet. Since I'm from Florida,the idea of traveling to Maryland to purchase a used vehicle concerned me. I also might add that I always buy new vehicles and haven't considered or purchased a used vehicle in 30 years. However, since it was almost exactly what I was looking for and I had been unsuccessful in finding the vehicle in Florida, I proceeded to communicate with Wes about the truck. The dealership had not had time to post photographs or much information of the truck on the internet, so Wes gladly and promptly took and sent pictures to me. I had several additional questions and concerns about the truck and Wes actually took the truck to the neighboring Toyota dealer to have it inspected. I finally agreed to purchase the truck and scheduled a flight to Baltimore. One of the dealership drivers (Bill) picked up my wife and I at the airport and drove us to the MB facility. Bill was very professional and a pleasure to ride with. I am very particular about my vehicles, so I was ready for the big let-down when we arrived at the dealership to inspect the truck. The truck turned out to be exactly as Wes described, even down to the minor scratches and blemishes that would be expected on a used vehicle. How could that be - I was an out-of towner purchasing a used vehicle from a new car dealership. There had to be a catch! - no catch whatsoever. The truck was meticulously detailed and looked and rode like a new truck - as advertised. Wes was a complete pleasure to deal with. He is very laid back, honest, sincere and professional. I really believe he enjoys his job and cares about the customer. I doubt very seriously that anyone purchasing a new Mercedes was treated any better than my wife and I were. Thanks to Wes, it was absolutely the most positive car buying experience that I have ever had. More

I found this vehicle on 12-30-11 at 8pm, contacted the dealer, they contacted me within a few minutes. Their dealership had already closed, but they still contacted me to answer any questions I had. From the comfort level we had with their website and the staff we dealt with as far as their courtesy we drove 2 hours on 12-31-11 to view the vehicle. Everything went perfectly! We could not have been happier with this dealer and it's staff! Our comfort level was awesome in every way with this dealer and staff. We highly recommend you take a look at their used selection as well as their new cars. I can assure you that their prices were better and they were more eager to work with us than any car dealer in the Harrisburg area we contacted over the past two weeks or so. While I was not ready to buy a vehicle on my first visit, Jackie remained courteous and helpful without being persistent or aggressive. She provided both verbal and written information regarding the vehicles I was considering and was professional and customer service oriented at all times. Likewise, Austin Shemon was helpful with arranging the financial paperwork and advising my wife and I about additional options designed to protect our purchase beyond the factory and Certified Pre-owned agreement. We are satisfied with our new purchase and appreciate the approach taken by the staff at Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown. More

In the past 10 years (I believe it was 10 years), we always had very good care from your dealership and will keep coming back. The quality of the Mercedes-Benz goes without saying. Our last car (S320) was 13 years old with over 170K miles. Although I was not initially happy with the trade-in price, the car itself served us very well. We look forward to enjoying the E320 diesel. We've only had the car since Monday (May 30th) and my wife has already stated how she loves it. The clearity of the hands free phone is outstanding. The Blue Tec Diesel is everything we thought it would be and more with power to spare. More
