Due to the vehicle I was looking for not being in stock, Barry and the General Manager had to locate the vehicle from other sources. Barry kept me informed during the whole process as to the progress of finding the vehicle I was seeking. Once the vehicle was obtained, Barry took the time to explain all the nuances that went with this vehicle, even setting of my phone bluetooth and Sirius for me. I was made to feel that if I had any other questions after delivery, I could call Barry for assistance. As far as the paperwork process, Austin went out of his way to explain all the numbers and even saved me money with the prepaid maintenance option. I am sure I will be treated the same for any service appointments I will need in the future. More

We went to this dealership to test drive a GLK and ended up buying an ML 350. Mike, Wes and Rob were all very helpful and answered all of our questions. Buying a used car from this dealership was by far one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had in over 36 years of buying cars...new or used. I bought a used 2011 Ford Fusion. Barry and Rob were the best car buying experiences I have ever had in over 36 years of buying cars...new or used. I bought a used 2011 Ford Fusion. Barry and Rob were extremely friendly and helpful. There was never any pressure, which is important to me. I had been looking on line and at other dealerships for a couple of weeks. Additionally, on the day I purchased the car from Barry, I had spent almost six hours test driving and talking with sales people at several dealerships. My son-in-law, who had previously purchased a car from Barry, recommended checking their website to see what they had. I found a car that was close to the price I could afford, so we called and spoke with Barry and subsequently went to check it out. We were greeted immediately by Rob, since Barry was with another customer who had gotten there before us. The car we spoke with Barry about was parked up front and waiting for me to test drive. After the test drive I inquired about other cars in my price range and Rob suggested the Fusion. It looked and drove like it was brand new...and the price was even less than the other car. Barry and Rob made me feel like I was one of their best customers during the whole deal. One would have thought I bought a top-of-the-line Mercedes Benz. They gave me a very competitive interest rate and Austin went through the loan paperwork quickly and thoroughly. Everything was just as they had explained from the beginning...no surprises. I definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Hagarstown. The next time I need a car, I'll start with them. More
