Hi, I’m Ava Williams! I’m originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, and I’ve been with Galleria BMW for over 3 years. I began my career in the BDC department, moved into a Client Advisor role, and now I’m proud to be part of our finance department. Throughout my journey, my goal has always been the same: to create a smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable experience for every customer. I love helping people find the perfect vehicle and now, in finance, I get to ensure the process of making it yours is just as seamless. Whether it’s answering questions, walking you through options, or celebrating with you when you drive off in your new BMW, I’m here to make sure you feel confident and taken care of every step of the way.
