I took my vehicle to Sierra Chevrolet five times and they said there was not an issue. I took it over to you guys talk to Avo and he had it fixed within four days. I made an appointment for 11:30 and was told it would take about an hour for an oil change. Three and a half hours later my oil change was finally done. What’s the point of appointment times if it’ll tak take about an hour for an oil change. Three and a half hours later my oil change was finally done. I've brought my truck to Chevy dealers 3 times now and I've only owned it eight months. Twice at your dealership and once at Riverside. I have had problems with the auto stop, fuel gauge, radio/Bluetooth I've only owned it eight months. Twice at your dealership and once at Riverside. I have had problems with the auto stop, fuel gauge, radio/Bluetooth, display on the dash, missing vehicle information sticker in the door. I will say that my service provider that took my car in was great and no issue with him, he is an asset to your auto center. The issue I'm having is since they can't find the issue, it doesn't get fixed More

I am extremely disappointed that I’ve had to bring my truck in three separate times for the same radio issue. I was informed that the radio had been replaced with a brand-new unit, yet the problem has pe truck in three separate times for the same radio issue. I was informed that the radio had been replaced with a brand-new unit, yet the problem has persisted. I just picked up the vehicle last week, and the issue has already started again today. This is a brand-new 2025 model, and it should not be experiencing any problems of this nature. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. More
