Walked in. Was not greeted. Waiting for the service advisor I was told I had an appointment with. He decided to call someone about their extended warranty rathe Was not greeted. Waiting for the service advisor I was told I had an appointment with. He decided to call someone about their extended warranty rather than check me in even when I was standing in front of him. Upon pick up, no inspection was covered with me. Just a $100 oil change and tire rotation, pay and have a nice day. Will never return here. Only great part of the service was the porter who brought my truck back. Had a dodger hat on, shook my hand and told me to have a great day. More

Very disappointed in the service I received. My truck stayed at the dealer for a week and I did not receive a resolution. It’s been a month now and have not heard back.
