I purchased an illuminated front emblem for my vehicle. It was on back order, so it took some time to get delivered to the dealership for installation. After the dealership called to tell me the emblem was It was on back order, so it took some time to get delivered to the dealership for installation. After the dealership called to tell me the emblem was installed, they also informed me that it was not working and they would have to order a new one. I'm not sure what happened, and they didn't know either. Unfortunately, something went wrong with the install or the emblem itself. I'm happy they were able to order a new one, but having to go through the entire process is disquieting. More

Even with an appointment I waited 1. 5 hours. Also, the oil change includes a vehicle inspection that did not happen. No mention of my low fluids, no mention or adjustment of tire pressur 5 hours. Great service from Tony, dropped truck off 8:15 and ready for pickup by 12. My first service at MK with my new truck and it was an effortless experience.
