My husband is usually the one who takes the car in for service, and he always speaks very highly of Juan. He’s worked with a few people at Mark Christopher, but Juan is the only person he prefers to work service, and he always speaks very highly of Juan. Juan has always been great but I was told my car had multiple issues which some were correct but I was told my negative battery cable was bad a ball joint and some bushings. I am a heavy equipment mecha multiple issues which some were correct but I was told my negative battery cable was bad a ball joint and some bushings. I am a heavy equipment mechanic but don’t have the time or the want to work on my own vehicles but due to the price and work I decided to handle it myself and I am glad I did because after replacing my battery cable the old cable tested good and out of everything else quoted only my battery and wheel bearing were bad. I am willing to pay dealer pricing but not if I am not getting dealer quality work or service. I understand technicians are getting hard to come buy but there is no excuse for screwing customers.
