EASY AND STRESS FREE After a horrible accident on Christmas Eve morning. I contacted Oz at Jerry Ulm Dodge about replacing our vehicle that was totaled that morning. Luckily my husband was OK considering how much worse it could of been. Our experience with Oz was fantastic! He not only got our financing taken care of and got our down payment where it was covered by our crashed vehicle settlement but also made it so that my husband who was in pain could come and pick up his vehicle on December 26. Now we had never been here before, but looked at the New truck at 5:20pm and left signed sealed...clean and full of gas...delivered (phone set up even) at 6:44pm! I can't say enough thank you for taking a terrible stressful situation and making it pleasant, stressfree and easy...we could even relax on Christmas not wondering what we were going to do because other than pickup it was all taken care of on Christmas Eve. Thank you again and love the new truck! More

My experience with Mike Gero (Sales Mgr), Gerry Chute (Sales Mgr) * Mike’s Boss. - Mr. Gero & Mr. Chute customer service much to be desired. - Mr. Gero placed an offer on the table, less than 24 hours later rescinded that offer stating he did not say it, even though Mr. Melvin also heard him and I put placed it in a text and sent it to Mr. Khaled. Reason being, so I could go home and think about it. Mr. Gero attempted to pressure me into a purchase that night. Less than 24 hours later, I returned to purchase Mr. Gero spoke to me, Mr. Melvin told him I was there to purchase a new Jeep-he did not stick around to finalize deal. Mr. Chute stepped in, even though I explained to him what was said the night before and Mr. Melvin also stated the same thing. Mr. Chute refused to listen and would only listen to Mr. Gero who refused to tell the truth from home. Stating if he (Mr. Gero) did present an offer like that, he would have declined it. At that time I stated that’s not very ethical. It was not until Mr. Franco (General Manager) stepped in and stated “We do not treat our customers like that”. More
