And when we returned to actually purchase the vehicle the process was very smooth and effortless. We were shown around the business, introduced to the maintenance department and made to feel like we were appreciated not just another sale. Frankie’s help with how to work the screen in our car was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and explained things very thoroughly. We even got a follow up call from Dale to see how things were going.
