Hello my name is Baljinder Ralh and I am a Master Certified Sales and a Scion certified sales consultant here at Elk Grove Toyota. I started with Elk Grove Toyota over 9 years ago adding to my total of 14 years? experience and I have achieve many awards and honors to make my employment here the best job I have ever had. The biggest joy of my job here is the look of the completely satisfied customer as they are leaving our delivery department with a smile from ear to ear and knowing I did the best I could to achieve that goal working together with my clients. This has allowed my many repeat and referral clients which allow me a lifelong relationship with their auto needs. When I am off there is no better company then my beautiful family, my loving wife and my son and daughter and the time we spend together.

The greatest experience so far We have purchased cars from other dealers in the past. Purchasing our latest car at Elk Grove Toyota was by far the greatest experience. We tested a used car on a Monday with Baljinder Singh and he provided answered to all out questions . We expressed that we were just looking to purchase in September. Well we decided to purchase and not wait until September. This time a family member recommended Brian Rae. So we called Brian and provided him with the make, style and year of the car what we wanted. By the time we meet with Brian he had cars from us to choose from. We test drove the car and Brian was able to provide all the answers to our questions. Brian gave us his full attention and was detailed to the fullest. We will definitely recommend Brian to any family or friends who are ready to purchase a Toyota. Best day ever! Jay Chhim, Baljinder Singh and Nai Saechao made my experience on buying a car easy and professional. As soon as I got there Baljinder greeted me and showed me around to find the perfect car. As we went around I found my new 2019 Toyota Camry and went straight to the paperworks. Jay Chhim the sales manager was friendly and kind to help me processed all the needs. It was bumpy but Jay got it through which allowed me able to get the car. As Nai he was also a big help going through all the finances with me. It went as smooth as possible, no problems at all! I would for sure come back and buy a new car in the future with these guys!
