I bought my Ridgeline from Lou Sobh 8 months ago. Recently, had a tire that was losing pressure. I called the dealership and Barry was super nice. Told me to bring it right in, which I did. Very helpful, I voice my concern and they were very helpful with fixing the problem. Also, they took good care of the car. Very happy they remember to install my splash guard back on which was a proble helpful with fixing the problem. Also, they took good care of the car. Overall good. The technician didn't tighten my valve caps back after checking air and rotating tires. Lost one of my $25 Honda valve caps (the entire set was $25) The technician didn't tighten my valve caps back after checking air and rotating tires. Lost one of my $25 Honda valve caps (the entire set was $25) on the way home and had to tighten other three as they were only on like half a rotation. They offered to reimburse for caps but I don’t have the original receipt/invoice for the caps as I purchased them at a different dealer, Gwinnett Place Honda, right after I purchased this vehicle because they actually had them in stock. I guess I’ll just get a new set on my own. More
